Livepm was created by Jenny Denness to provide relevant and specific professional development training for the Real Estate industry. Livepm is a Registered Training Organisation 52387.

The trainers at Livepm are licensed real estate agents with hands on experience in sales, property management, trust accounting, general compliance but most importantly the day to day running of a real estate business.

We have an awesome team of people who not only have a passion for sharing their knowledge, but still work in real estate in a variety of roles. In fact they have won various industry awards. Benefit from their expertise!

Jenny Denness

Jenny Denness has been a licensed agent since 1989 and has an Associate Diploma in Valuation as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace training and assessment. She has lectured at TAFE for various licensee and property management subjects, and for many years delivered on site and classroom training for Rockend in their REST Professional software program.

Jenny operates Realty Compliance Solutions a company specializing in trust account compliance, including bank reconciliations. She is the ‘go to’ trust accounting and bank reconciliation guru.

Vicky Knight

Vicky Knight has been with Livepm for over a year now and was a member of the REIWA Property Management Network since 2008 so is completely in the know when it comes to the latest property management and industry information and best of all, loves to share her knowledge.

Tina Wilton

We are super happy to welcome Tina Wilton! Tina is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who has loads of experience in all facets of real estate including residential and commercial sales and has spent the last 6 years on the REIWA Sales Committee, so is a full bottle on all things Sales. Tina’s passion for real estate is matched only by her passion for connecting with people. Benefit from her knowledge and professionalism!

Lucas Richmond

Lucas delivers our extremely popular First Aid in Real Estate course as well as some other courses which benefit from his vast experience in paramedics, nursing, exercise and nutrition. He is extremely engaging and knowledgeable, also lecturing at ECU.

Richard Boyd

Richard is the CEO at Conscious Business Australia and runs a number of fascinating, empowering, interesting and relevant elective CPD courses. He has a strong background in IT as well.

Darryl Stewart

Darryl is a commercial lawyer who started his own legal practice a few years ago. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of commercial property law, he is an engaging speaker who also delivers CPD training sessions for the Law Society.
